Once a quote is agreed, most projects start within 2–4 weeks, depending on the scope and any required planning or party wall approvals.
Yes. Our design and planning team prepares drawings and submits applications to the local authority on your behalf where needed.
We agree a fixed price before work starts. Costs only change if you request additional work once on site, which is always agreed in writing first.
Yes, V&A Construction Development Ltd carries public liability insurance, and documentation is provided as part of your contract pack.
Completed work is covered by a workmanship guarantee, with details confirmed in your project documentation at handover.
